Claim the Soul of Your Work
Whether creating a life path, a piece of art, or fulfilling the purpose of a job that you believe in, the best of miracles happen when we’re doing it from alignment with our Soul.
What does that mean? Taking the time to feel into our lives, and be honest with ourselves about what we value, what our deepest desires are, and who we want to inspire, love and uplift through our work.
Join me in finding ways to reconnect and strengthen our original intentions, see the beauty that we’ve not allowed to fully blossom, and allow new ways to share our Light.
Introduction to Claim the Soul of Your Work:
A Time to Share Your Light
What is the inner experience of the Artist?
Deep, spiritual, rarely discussed…it is what seduces us and then sends us out to make art again and again. It is what compels us to dive deeply into the depths of our being, encounter the unknown, discover the mysteries of life within, and bring them to the light to share with others.
An artist is a miracle maker, an alchemist, a shaman. Many times a leader, a visionary. But we’re often afraid to claim those identities. We start as innocents in the joy of creating, expressing our vision, singing our song. And then, unknowingly, we can get distracted, shut down. Worries such as perfection, need for money, popularity, and time honored insecurities cloud our path.
In this year of 2025, the unknown, uncertainty, and surprise can lead to many fears, and make us forget the inner truth of why we are creatives.
This is a time to Claim the Soul of our Work, and resonate with the truth of our Path and Purpose - the core of it - which remains the same, no matter the outer circumstances of life.
The Workshop:
"Claim the Soul of Your Work”is an invitation to strengthen and celebrate the deep artist spirit within, and to refresh and claim the Soul of your work.
Through reflection, writing, stories, and discussion we’ll explore and consider:
* Where and when did your creative path begin?
* What does “I am an artist” mean to you?
* You love your art with a passion, but still hold back. What keeps you from claiming your true desire?
* Seduction, inspiration...what feeds your soul?
* What's next? How can I take action and maintain support for my courage in creating from the soul, live as an artist, and enjoy my most inspiring, satisfying work and life?
* Do I believe in sharing my Light with others - that people actually do feel my work? What is my unique way, whether quietly glowing or specifically creating work that uplifts and inspires...to honor my own beautiful being?
Have you talked with the Soul of Your Work? This is a time to acknowledges its presence, claim your art, and be fully yourself.
